Factory planning

We have more than 20 years of experience in optimizing existing factories as well as planning new factories on the production side. In doing so, we initially focus on analyzing and optimizing the actual situation on site prior to a factory planning in order to guarantee an ideal condition for the new factory on this optimized basis, a system that is unique in this depth. Our most interesting plans include the planning of several international plastic injection molding shops, some of which have a capacity of more than two hundred machines, as well as manual and fully automated assembly areas or the design of a large stamping shop. For example, topics such as toolmaking, digitization with key figures in real time, quality and EHS aspects were integrated into all concepts.
